Interesting, Ed.If market conditions change drastically and iNEXTV starts growing briskly, I think AXC could also make a strong case for a tax free spinoff of iNEXTV to shareholders ( as you know the method that most benefits the mothership) - the argument being that while they had not been in video content creation for 5 years, they certainly have been in digital manipulation of video signals for much much longer than that(thus arguably satisfying the 5 year rule).

Ed, would such a scenario as above allow conversion of AXC class A common into iNextv/TV1de?

Perhaps I dont understand the play by play hypothetical here...but it reads to me as if the Class A shareholders could be left w/slim pickings w/o a convertability. Considering the large amount of shares that EB holds, I'd think that whatever is structured would be of benefit to us shareholders.
