We are responsible for our governments. The killing in China and Russia ended- it was the business of the people in those countries to end it, and they did. We ARE our governments. We must take responsibility for that. That is my opinion. You may see government as separate from people, but it is just that sort of thinking that perpetuates the problems of governments "taking over". If they are us they cannot "take over" unless we let them, partly by thinking in exactly that way.
