Now, X, to study the history of women is to ignore HIM, and you know that is bad. To study the history of blacks is to ignore White HIM, and that is bad. So what if you round out you study's by studying about White HIM. He hasn't had all the attention. And that is bad.

III want to go back to the early 70's, when you could go all the way through school and not know that any woman but Madame Curie and assorted wives (that seamstress one, in particular) had ever existed, and that blacks were slaves, but other than that, nothing happened in their lives.

It was such a sweet, peaceful time.

You think it's fine. That's the popular, majority, PC view.

You completely neglected my point, which was that those who OPPOSE that point take extreme risk in doing so. There is no tolerance of dissenting views in certain areas of academia.

The issue we were discussing was having the courage to oppose the popular will, not support it. The latter takes no courage. The former, much.

BTW, I doubt you can find a single accredited college or university in the nation which has a Department of Caucasian Studies.
