"Rambus has chosen to continue their patent infringement case against infineon and we
will hear from Rambus’ expert witness today as well as their final witness (whom also
may be an expert). Rambus has the remainder of today to present their case of
infringement."

Calm down.... Rambus will be fine with or without a clear victory in this trial. RDRAM is established and growing and SDRAM is on its way out.

stock is in the green and holding...

- have we underestimated counsel?

- are you looking to get back in?

- how does it get to $5 from here <grin>

PS: I for one think that Bill and James over-reacted to what they heard, which apparently was only snippets of a conference; these snippets are now a "shot heard 'round the world." BWDIK.

rolv, re:

In my opinion RMBS is headed down, maybe as far as $ 5.00. My reasons are:

a. I do not believe the judge will reverse his Markman ruling
b. I do believe that based on a. Rambus cannot prevail in the current case for the lack of expert testimony – the only expert that then will have spoken is on the opposing side...
d. IFX will continue their case against Rambus and Rambus becomes the defendant...

looks like you may well have been correct on this one...
