Under the republican congress, Clinton spending increases averaged 3.6% / year. The lowest of any modern President.

There is no need to steal any more money from millionaires. All of their money is theirs.

Not true last two years where it was 8% dont remember previous. Tax rate cuts are not to give millionaires a break they are to allow non millionaires A CHANCE to someday become millionaires. jdn
