Not really. AMD mentioned "coherent LDT" as the link between different north bridges of their concept 8-way, which suggests total system cache coherency.

<NUMA MMP systems appear far more quickly than UMA MMP systems. They are also much larger, scale better, and have higher price/performance.>

Non-CC NUMA systems are typically very proprietary, task-specific, and low-volume. There is no compelling reason for any system vendor in the non-CC NUMA space to go with AMD's Sledgehammer. And the converse is true, too, that AMD has no reason to go into non-CC NUMA servers. Copping out on cache coherency is no excuse.
