And people with similar interests could correspond with each other. KIS guessed it was just a way to shunt $200 million to a partner at the VC who controlled both amzn and the other scam. edit. I am sure Glenn will remember what it is. He said several times he just couldn't figure out any benefit to amzn from spending $200 million on that.
