Nightowl, That particular post in the fools board brings to mind this scene in Monty Python's quest for the holy grail --- the one with the black knight. drdram alone isn't that bad a technology to own. Even w/o the sdr and ddr royalties, this isn't that bad a stock to look at is it? If rambus were to stick to within drdram, there might be very good applications like lcd flat panels or terrabit networking equipment buffers that doesn't need ram and can use a good lbsam (long burst sequential access memory). All kidding aside, these are not tiny insignificant markets to go after.
