I wonder how many jobs Sunw will provide with the new facilities on Parmer Ln..It looks huge
I am an optimist..that's the way I look at life..I see plenty of room for new companies in Austin with a labor force to encourage companies to move in...compared to Silicon Valley..Austin is dirt cheap..We will feel the effect of the feds lowering soon and home bldrs are still building here. Csc will hv their new downtown bldg done soon...Intc will start back up b4 you know on their new bldg...once the pc sector picks up then Dell will start ramping...Vign is nothing..Charles S will pick up by the time the feds are thru.
I guess the bottom line is ..your negative and I am positive on Austin..Been here since 72 and watched it explode in growth..I see this as a breather which will help us get our roads up to speed..Wouldn't live anywhere else in the world...Austin is ## 1
