Thanks for the 5 year comparison of equities versus gold Grace. For a moment I was confused, I mistakingly thought there was a financial market history before 1994 - the start of the largest equities bubble in mankind - since pricked since March 2000. Indeed, how silly of me to not realize that since the S&P500 was up 200% in the last few years, then it will be up the same in the next 5 years. Past performance does indeed guarantee future returns. So sorry that I am beyond your completely superior knowledge of finance and history. How silly of me, things are different now. I will now put you on ignore since I obviously can't hold a candle to your complete wisdom.
