But Wayne I think UPGD helps validate your theory as well. To be really safe you could change it to all stocks are shitty, rather than just shit. From .19 to $95 is terrific, but from $95 back to $2.67 is kind of shitty don't you think? Getting slapped with class action suits, dismissed now but the state one could come back, is kind of shitty. Insider filings as long as your arm, are kind of shitty. biz.yahoo.com Loss per share growing last quarter is kinda shitty, cumulative losses since 1997 of $34MM is too. Reg S IMO are always shitty, and convertible debentures often are too.
