"Wi-LAN (TSE:WIN), an innovator of high-speed wireless data communications technology and products, announced today it has signed a two year supply agreement..."

Jim- After over 15 years of tech investing, I learned the hard way to be very leery of the PRs put out by the equipment companies and service providers. I'm always looking for words that could be misleading. In this case, "signed a two year agreement" isn't clear. It could mean a lot of things but I would not take it to mean, "shipping." But it's just my personal opinion.

It would have been nice if Wi-LAN had stated, "Signed a two year binding, non-contingent contract for supplying $xxxx equipment to...." Once in awhile I read PRs of this nature but it's pretty rare.

Not knowing anything about NetComAB, do you know how the deal with Wi-LAN is to be financed? Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)
