Who are you, and what have you done with MikeM(from Florida)? It sounds like I'm addressing MikeM(from Missouri)>g<.

Well, there's not much you can do in the face of entrenched scepticism. I could show you reams of studies, but you, and the rest of the LMers say "Not good enough". I could repeat the logical arguments that say the BBFWA will find a place in the world. not just Europe and the US, but I know what the answer will be: "Not good enough". Then, of course, when I show you signed deals, and direct you to posts that show the considerable pressure that regulators in the UK are mounting, in order to ensure that BBFWA becomes a reality, the answer is: "Not good enough."

The statement about shipping product comes from mediacasts given by the company. However, after 15 years as an investor, I would have thought that the inception of deals with the likes of Solectron and Symbol would have at least buttressed the statements that product is being produced and shipped.

"It would have been nice if Wi-LAN had stated, "Signed a two year binding, non-contingent contract for supplying $xxxx equipment to...." Once in awhile I read PRs of this nature but it's pretty rare."

As someone who deals with contracts every day, I'm reasonably well aware that any such agreement has practical limitations. Force majeure exclusions are a norm, and there is little point in pursuing a bankrupt purchaser, demanding that they buy what they cannot pay for.

"Not knowing anything about NetComAB, do you know how the deal with Wi-LAN is to be financed?"

The products will be shipped, and they will be paid for.

It is not for me to say how others should invest: still, my thinking is that if one is doing it right, one is not saying where the puck is, but where it will be.

Necessarily, there is risk: no risk, no reward.

Best regards,

Jim
