Hey Myst-er

Try a 'nested IF' formula. You can chain up to 6 conditional results basis multiple variables. For example:
Using an 'IF 'A' THEN 'B' ELSE....' approach
=IF(A,B,IF(C,D,IF(E,F,IF(G,......))))))

The statement solves from left to right until a 'TRUE' results.

Hi Myst, You are Funnin us about the Spread sheet business? Right!!! It is not mathematically possible that you and Barry could both post on this thread with out prior use of Spread Sheets!

Are you two partnering on something? <ggg> You must have played with Lotus or some type of automatic progressive software.
