Dear Scumbria: I presume you are not familiar with the market if you think this downfall had anything to do with Bush, it started last April. Now, looking forward, if they pass this Privatization thing in SS (which people would be fools if they didnt jump on it) it ought to give the market further liquidity and thus improve values, the icing on the cake would be to limit Capital Gains Taxes as do most industrial nations which would really improve values. jdn
