Billions of people have endured the heat and muck of India. Call them all heroes if this is
an argument.

And most are born there and have little or no choice.

But if they do so voluntarily, for the sole purpose of serving others and not for any personal benefit, and give up what could have been a (to traditional values) quite pleasant life in a Western convent to endure the heat and muck of India in order to be of service to others less fortunate than they are, I may not call them heros--it's a term I don't use lightly--but I do call them very special.

If you do the same, I will call you special, too. Heck, I might even call you a hero.

May we get together here and purchase you a one way ticket?
