Don: You seem quite bullish short term anyway. But I think you recently said you are 75% in cash and 2:1 long on the remainder which suggests you are about 8% long net. Sounds like you are waiting for a pullback to go longer. How much of a pullback are you looking for at this juncture? Sounds like you may have dropped your proposition -- short term anyway -- for a retest of the lows.

BTW, Sox has not confirmed this move as of yet. No higher highs. Also, HWI (Amex. Computer Hardware) is lacking as well. These were supposed to be the market leaders! But you are right that there are plenty of other indexes that look strong. But some of the ones you mentioned are being driven by short covering. Commercials are not moving off their short positions in the Nasdaq.

Don. Some inverse H&S in indiv stocks

being completed and confirmed with BOs on strong volume.

Here's just one of numerous examples:

Another feature I've noticed in NTAP and in similar charts is weeks of strong bullish divergences in the oscillators leading recent price strength.

Right now this and similar stocks are pulling back into their BO gaps. I'm planning to add, as well as estab new positions during this dip as my work indicates more strength in the major indices before this rally is over.

BTW, how is your mother feeling?

Best regards to you and your family,
