I agree, though I do think there is one distinguishing factor... I don't recall Tim ever leading people to believe they were going to be wealthy trading his picks, and he's never charged for his picks. IMHO, there's a big gap in responsibilities and liabilities between those who run services that cost and those who are merely offering opinion on a public forum. Again, JMHO. It's about time to get out and till up the yard. Got a bunch of sod coming this weekend. <whew> I dread it already... Sam
