Zeev, your numbers refer to NAZ (NDX) or NASDAQ (COMP)

Zeev: Thanks.

The Techs are facing an over Capitalisation issue. . Besides, we have an excess of dark fibre. In addition we also face a new stream of photonic crystal and band gap elements whose production can be fully automated. There are just too many Cos. /stock resulting in supply exceeding demand. Interest rate cuts cannot correct these anomalies.

The correction phase will take time . It will require Cos to downsize , engage in price wars for survival, merge and
buy back stock. As I have said the technology gap between us and the rest of the world is decreasing. Last week India successfully launched a 410 Ton GEO Space Vehicle at 1/10 NASA's costs and joined the club of five. Its absolutely amazing.

More important than these short term interest rates is the need for us to establish a new wave of disruptive technologies that will fuel gowth for the next decade. Sadly there has been no discussion on that issue.
