When you make a commitment to hire top talent and then you back out of the arrangement, it's serious. Students in the top MBA programs around the country will remember DELL....someday some of those same students may be execs in companies that are deciding on what hardware and storage solutions to purchase =) I do not own DELL anymore and most of my relatives have sold all or most of their remaining DELL shares. Its sad that the company feels it must resort to some of these tactics to save money and continue its counter-productive price war. Just my views (and these are being typed on a DELL Latitude LS).
