That is not how I regard it. I am no more displeased than I would be by house or car payments, perhaps less. And I figure that I would be taxed up to that amount anyway, at least. This way, there is less government spending, and less mischief.......

Anyway, I am being abusive, and must finally go to bed. Tomorrow is another day (as Scarlett observed).......

Your vituperations over a measly $1.3 trillion (over 10 years) tax cut and how it will prevent us from attaining liberals new holy grail - paying off the debt - have 0 credibility until you start a harangue 6 times as loud and long over the new $6.6 trillion in new SPENDING over the same period called for in Bush's budget "compromise".

Liberals couldn't care less about the debt. As usual, you learn more about what liberals want by listening to what THEY ARE NOT saying.

Are you happy with throwing thousands of dollars of your money away every year in taxes to finance the debt?

you ask;are you happy with the gov throwing away thousands of dollars every year to finance debt........Sure why not ,Many Americans invest in gov. bonds because they can sleep at night,(safe money),remember it was the dems not Reagan who foisted this deficit on us in the first place, but I am sure you believe the dem house and senate during that period are innocent, explain yourself on that issue.
