anyone here heard anything on deal/relatioonship between wavc and inap?? am finding wavc news being reported under inap ticker and puzzled as to why. no rumor implied, just unfamiliar with wavc and didn't want to miss something which could be strategically important as both have proprietary technology and are a great fit to circumvent clecs.
