Well, first of all, acquiring my position can indeed be both a year ago and four years ago. In fact, it can be many other times as well, because I have bought Cisco stock multiple times over the last 4 and a half years. Then I sold some in early March 2000, then didn't do anything for a year, then more recently I sold some more at $20.5 and repurchased that and more at $16.5. So there you have it. :)

As far as demanding everyone to act on their opinion, I don't. I would just like the more vocal folks who claim that everyone else is an idiot to justify their superiority by showing us how smart they are, not just telling us. The bottomline is that most of these self-proclaimer superior people, like NYCBoy, are just bitter people who've probably lost as much as the rest of us in this most recent downturn. However, instead of being constructive and figuring out what they can do about it, they instead decide to deride the stock that caused them the most pain and also to deride the people that believe the stock may do ok from here on out.

I tend to call a spade a spade. Just my style. :)
