In my work I closely inspected the quality of work done by Mexican tree planters. By and large they did a fine job and would have done even better but for their American supervisors. They got up early, rode unpaid to the job site, worked hard all day rain or shine, and came back when the job was done.

I have nothing but respect for Mexican migrant workers. Bush sees the same thing I do and he's going after them with everything he's got.
