This doesn't help your quest but some more on Stix
from Luskin :

thestreet.com

To realize how special Stix is, you've got to remember that analysts are basically herd animals, like zebras or wildebeests. It's always safest for them near the middle of the herd. If the typical analyst thinks that the consensus for Cisco's revenue this quarter is way too high, he'll lower his numbers just a little. That way if he's right, he can say he beat the consensus. But why lower your numbers further than that to be even more right? No reward, all risk. But Stix plays the game to win, even if that means hanging his hide out at the edge of the herd where the hyenas are waiting to pick off the weak ones
-------------------
Good or bad (or bull or bear<-- the article states that Luskin BOUGHT from this guys view in April)) he moved the market, and its all about momentum and it got crazy again and I am short presently (with nimble fingers)
I do believe there is a price war going on and no visibility.(and routers are a commodity)

Otherwise I'll stay on the sideline being the dummy that I am.

My big question is to know that having Ecricsson owning 6%
of JNPR and now being the largest customer last quarter after losing WCOM and now GX, is this just too make the numbers game because the difference between pro forma and diluted share earnings have steeply widened in the last 2 Quarters.
Just saying that revenues would be off 10% from 1st Q and not answering any other during H&Q conf is susceptible to negative thinking,
and looking at the stock price and valuation with "no visibility" makes you wonder the only thing feeding this is a short sqeeze from lower levels-- well I'm looking at prices over 60.00 and its too high.
This stock will trade with momentum but with such lousy economic news it can only go so high....

also there is an article out there (will and can dig it up ) that suggest companies may not buy from JNPR until the 3rd quarter because of new equipment rolling out-- I can find the article but dont know much about the new technology -- but maybe there would be some info for what you seek.....

gone for most of the day... and tonight will find that small article.

Have a good day
