I love the phrase "...when the hit is taken". Let us all hope it is a knock-out blow for the State of FLA!!! (FLA gets knocked out!).

What exactly is the current status of the court case? We are still waiting for a trial date, aren't we?

I have to disagree with you on his motives. It's not Coastal. It's the fact that he CAN'T win because people don't like the fact that he "guaranteed" FLorida for W, and he Made Sure it happened that way, nothwithstanding the voters. He would lose in the biggest landslide ever. For sure.
