Usually an attorney tells their client to not discuss or speak about the case anymore with anyone, because usually what happens is that the client ends up saying something stupid, and damages the case." Tim is Tim and feels that he has been greatly wronged in several ways and is compelled to defend himself. However, I suspect that Tim has had more than one person try to hammer your point home to him :-) As I have said before, in many ways he reminds me of Lisa. He follows his own course and has a bit of a "hard head." :-)
