That's my sense here in Sunnyvale, too. >I don't think there will be a plunge. A dip to be sure< From what I read home prices in many areas are still up Yoy, just not much and homes are on the market longer and don't get multiple above the ask offers. More like normal.

Todays SJMN writes about office space vacancy rates. They're also back to normal [higher than normal in some spots like SF] from last year's abnormally low rates, in spite of the panicky headline. www0.mercurycenter.com
