"just in case someone wants to send someone to come andbreak my legs".
Do you owe anyone any money? It clearly states in the mafia handbook, the section on punishments, that legbreaking is only to be used for people who are slow pay.
There's money in the mouth of the dead body, (for paid informants) there's .22's in each nostril (for drug users), there's tongues cut out, (for people who "sing"), there's icepick in the brain (the scrambler), there's blowtorching the feet, there's plastic bag over the mouth and nostrils, there's baseball bat to the body, but I don't remember reading anything about legbreaking for lawsuits. Of course, I only have the 60's edition, maybe the newest one has been updated.

Just kidding guys, thought I'd try and inject a little black humor.
