you mean like macrobiotic or do you eat eggs or anything besides grains, nuts and veggies? at first when i was a vegetarian i ate dairy products and eggs, that's when i gained a lot of weight. had to cut them out. i still don't eat much dairy, seems it is the hardest fat to metabolize.

you both seem to have done so well with your diet. congrats! i always make veggie soup when i am trying to lose weight. eat all you want and you still lose weight for some reason. for stock i use vegetable boullion cubes, water, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon pepper, lawry's season salt, tabasco and mixed herbs. just add the veggies you like and simmer. increasing the soy sauce and tabasco and adding chinese veggies and mushrooms makes a great veggie hot and sour soup. she
