dawgster, i couldn't live near la - too much smog for m puny lungs. i'm farther south. san "dawg," to be precise. i love it and it would be diofficult for me to move out of here if push comes to shove. i do have to admit to being about the palest guy down here, though. i'm not into the sun thang, but i do like the absence of cold and rain. a lot. my seattle friends say i'm a californicator. i do not miss riding my bike from lake city to down town at 5 in the morning - during winter. redmond? they have bay area-esque house prices. absurd, huh? i can't wait until those prices start to hit my low income condo up near totem lake ;-) i remember kickin' it on lake sammamish (sp?). had some fun times there. starhawke is also a uw grad. wrt how people look... some things are better left to the imagination! ;-)
