I agree. I think the dollar will fall to a more reasonable level especially against the Euro. Assuming this happens how does one invest to take advantage of this?

We have been running current account deficits for about 60 years. The relative value of the dollar against other currencies reflects this and will continue to do so. Of course the dollar has its' bubbles, positive and negative, just like stocks.
