Funny you should mention that:

- On Monday, May 8th, I emailed the company to let them know that their etour would not load on my p/c. To my surprise, when I returned from work today,
I had a reply. Julia Polk, Marketing Communications Manager, stated that she "...had a number of folks test it again this morning and we cannot replicate your error message."
- For whatever reasons, it would not load Monday; however, it did load today - it took over a minute. It is worthwhile to visit the INAP website, and to take the etour but give it time to load.
- I was impressed not only with the alacrity of the response but with the interest in assisting me. It is precisely this type of solicitous response that gives credence to the term "Customer Service."
