Ed,

i read on briefing that csco is planning to issue and price options at the end of the month. so i don't see why they would want their stock to shoot up before that point.

Last 1/2 hour wont be much of an indicator. Its what Chambers says that will count. My belief is that he needs to satisfy shareholders this time, not convince Mr. Greenspan(already convinced) so their will be a positive visibility indication, talk about options for employees and some more talk about when 30-50% growth will return. This will happen even if he is just thinking wishfully or just plain blowing smoke. mike
