And why would this be a good thing? I'd rather be diluted by an equity offering than have a company take on debt which ranks before me in a liquidation and which puts heavy burdens on the company to service it.

Demand can always be created at a high enough coupon. We'll see if this is a good deal at pricing.

Just playing devil's advocate here.
