Yes, PO of 16.25 is indicated, or at least mid-teens if we get the news about the Phosphate patent in the June time frame. Can not afford to be too zealous with PO's. Want the base building on earnings potential.
The Samsung deal, etc. is supposed to involve the new phosphate technology for battery production at 20 cents/whr. Looking for commercial validation by Samsung R&D folks in a year. Ram
