First of all, I am not "aligning myself" with Jenna. I have no association with her whatsoever other than a cursory examination of the recent events. Secondly, my only interest in this entire scenario is from a legal standpoint on how libel and defamation laws would/could be applied in a situation where the plaintiff is a nom de plume. Since Tim Luke has seen fit to further identify himself on this thread by posting the old article with his full name, that point may now be moot.

I don't want anything to do with her bizarre behavior. Neither do I... I think it's time to find more constructive use of my time. I feel her true character has come out for all to "see" here and that any further effort on my part is probably not warranted unless something new were to be revealed. Calls being played at the perfect bottom, recanted, and called again... the definition of "broker" being bended as bad as Clinton bended "is"... making statements that server as a ploy to cover up the truth (like swearing off public sites while actually being suspended)... complaining about colleagues being kicked off and then admitted those were actually alternate id's whilst chastising others for doing the same... that's enough truth for me. Folks, I think we got AT THE TRUTH. It's all here as part of SI history. I feel I'm out of words with respect to this situation and, in my opinion, see little point in continuing. There are other cogs in this machine still turning, and I believe they will successfully finish their work. Of course, I will continue to be my usual, witty (in my own mind) self. :-D Sam
