I read a great article in Harper's a few months back about water, and it's rapid scarcity. Shocking things like Bejing sinking one metre a year and places in the states , and Mexico doing likewise as the aquifiers are drained. In canada we have had a few deaths recently from tainted water in the system . For long term long plays, I really think that this area is worth investigating. This is just a thought on my part, and not a short term trade idea.
