Be careful here... There has been an almost parabolic move from 15.00 to 45.00... A 50% retracement would see the stock retest the 30.00 area...

The fundamentals are great... The P/E seems reasonable for a homebuilder... But large run ups like this have a way of correcting themselves... If it does dip towards 30.00 it would be a good place to accumulate shares...
