Odds are pretty good that you will never end up with a Cisco 12000 on your desktop, or even in your neighborhood, but your connection link will likely be groomed by Cisco gear and routed by Cisco gear. The entire technology sector will continue to defy any attempts to make it fit standard models. High PE's, non-existent sales, what-if valuations, short product life cycles, obsolete inventory et al... This shifting landscape is one where a companies track record is the best indicator of competence, I wouldn't bet against Cisco. So the house was built on a polluted stretch of shoreline and if I am reading it right it was so polluted that the house required more than one indoor pool and whenever the owners had a chance they fled to the tropics. The owners weren't rich enough for real swimming pools so they had "his and her" lap pools built, I hoped that they matched the landscaping, that's important. Addi wants to buy the house regardless of the large bills associated with owning it and the current owners are refusing to sell the property because they think it is worth more than KKKKKKKKKK (that 10 K's), which is all Addi has. A white knight has appeared offering another K to bail out Addi's failed bid, but only if the house isn't in Malibu, which I gather is fire prone. Happily the house turns out to be near the Balboa Zoo, which explains the landscaping. The only stumbling block seems to be the appliances and the price.
