Scumbria> It is a travesty. Not really, this is all that matters. Rambus Inc. committed fraud by using information from an industry standards committee to obtain microchip patents, a federal jury decided, ordering the company to pay $3.5 million in punitive damages.

Scumbria, This jury ruling will have far reaching effects on Rambus. It will not be easy to overule a jury on appeal. In effect all Rmbus can now get is their fess from their other memory patents. DDR is now out of reach for them, totally out of reach. Still they can make money from that smaller arena and go forward aand not try to eat the world.. Bill
