i'm really looking forward to giving my new child (due any day) all the insight i have. my father never did that with me. SB, Remember this comment. It is so easy to get hung up on other activities and then miss what you planned to do. This does not typically happen at first but it surely happens a lot. he was busy congratulating folks for "great work" when they put in a 16 hour day to close the month/quarter. i was busy thinking how badly screwed up we were to strain our production system by not balancing our work load and material throughout the time frame to avoid these kind of last minute disasters that occur every month. i guess i just didn't get it ;-) This means they were lacking organizational skills. i do have to say i'm happy with the current vp at our company. he is aggressive, but reasonable person and has a good understanding of the macro issues. i've worked for a lot worse. Please stay happy:-)
