Obviously TS.com hasn't looked at AMD's financial statments lately. AMD had 1.6 Billion in cash already at the end of Q1, and if AMD had let their accounts payable grow as large as Intel'sl (81% of quarterly revenues), AMD's cash balance would have been would have been $2.17 billion.
