SBH,

There are plenty of other companies that seethe with hatred for Rambus, just like Carl. When they see that IFX was able to prove fraud and collect damages, Hitachi, et all, are likely to jump to court. These companies have actual damages from being forced to pay royalties on ill-gotten patents.

So, the cash flow rapidly goes VERY negative for Rambus. I don't see any future revenue streams developing for Rambus either. I cannot imagine any semiconductor company allowing them in the door to start negotiations.

Hi Scared but Hopeful; I'll wait until I see the wailings of their widows and orphans, smell their burning buildings, etc.

P.S. More realistically, when Rambus hits chapter 11, I'm going to go over there and buy the CEO's desk at the bankruptcy auction.
