Bob has obviously been guilty of showing favoritism towards Jenna and some others in the way he administers a site's rules. It just never hit me smack in the face like that before. I don't think he could get a job working at anything resembling a normal company in an administrative capacity. The way he handled this simple situation shows his unprofessionalism and inability to maintain a neutral position as a job like his requires.
