I think when Bob worked for SI he got away with alot of things because maybe nobody was watching over him that closely. For example I just read one of his posts where he said he would terminate people's accounts without telling them why. First rule of administration is if you're going to terminate an account you have to tell them why. They paid the money for it they deserve a reason for the termination. I can imagine all the problems the card companies must have had with angry customers of SI. It doesn't do much for a company's standing with a credit card company when they get a ton of customer complaints. Lola:)
