I would be interested in what evidence was produced to show such activities. Also, what does the jury say? I do not believe they had to make that finding in order to show fraud. They needed only to make the finding that Infineon "relied" on Rambus silence.

I know that Desmairis is saying what you reported but you really can't trust middle aged balding lawyer. <G>
