I think that my views on Jenna attacking Lisa are pretty well known. Lisa herself used my arguments to make a few points. Any other poster anywhere else would have been zapped in an instant for making such threats. This assumes that Bob reads every message as it is posted. Absurd. Since you seem to think this is about Lisa, does Lisa owe anybody an apology for violating their privacy? Is Lisa clean here? Are you? Is Tim? am I? I bet all kinds of private stuff is floating around the PM grapevine. Which is just as much a violation, and more insidious. You asked me to put myself in Lisa's shoes, I have already stated that I think that Jenna stepped over the line by attacking Lisa when she wasn't engaged in the battle. Now put yourself in Jenna's shoes, she has been under constant attack for weeks now, are you really surprised that she fought back? Tell me that it wasn't the intent all along. If this was about lawsuits, everyone here would have been hush hush about everything. Anybody who is serious about lawsuits, about winning them, knows that you don't say "I am going to sue you" and then make it the hot topic for the message boards. Admit it, this was about getting Jenna to look bad. And on iHub, Bob has to try and remain impartial, but will no doubt make mistakes. And on SI, Jeff has to try to remain impartial, but he will no doubt make mistakes. For the rest of it, I still think that you are off base.
