Did you suddenly become a jenna fan and want to talk stocks with her? Or were you looking for a reaction?

I know very well that the best way to be aggressive on message boards falls well within the TOUs. No doubt that there was no violation in your posts, but are you claiming that you were there other than to harass her?

Bob,

I have gone back and read the posts which you linked on Ihub. Though all were on topic, most also contained innuendo as to Jenna's integrity. <see disclaimer>

Lets look at them...

investorshub.com
In this post: you start out with uh huh
I think most could correctly conclude from the beginning of that statement that you were doubting what she said. I would think that the continuation of that statement also reflect that same undertone.

investorshub.com

In this post you end with.....Just trying to learn from that Master
Clearly that was not your intention......and I would think that anyone who has followed any of this would see that.

investorshub.com

What kind of attitude is that? I ask a reasonable question and you go off on a rant.
You set her up with your innuendo, how do you expect her to reply???

Again...At what price did you sell short and where did you cover? Pretty simple question if you have nothing to hide.
Now surely here you make very definite indications that she would have something to hide.
(not saying that she does or doesn't but you should not be implying things that you cannot prove......unless of course you mark them as your opinion, such as I am doing here, since I can only guess at the true meaning from your heart in these posts)

investorshub.com

Geez! Thanks! Do I get the executioner special if I sign up today?
Again your sarcasm is oozing. <note, I prefer to call it scarcasm.> How can you claim these post are not harassing or wonder why someone might think they are???

investorshub.com
Jenna, Just a quick question before I make a decision on your pay site. If I join and use Executioner for my trades do you/pristine get a share of the commissions I pay to Excutioner?

Bob, this one might be ok...it really is a significant question. <though personally I really take issue with someone pushing their personal site on a public forum. I think that her using Ihub to tout Market Gems is wrong. I feel if she is going to post Market Gem information on Ihub...she should be required to post all the significant information, and not just lead people.....such at what times something is shorted and at what price)

investorshub.com

One more question if you don't mind. If I decide against Executioner what is your opinion of Mastertrader.com?

This one is sorta over my head, as I do not know what if any connection or history there is with the other site you listed, but somehow I suspect there is a real dagger hidden in this post of yours as well.

<disclaimer> I have absolutely NO connection to Jenna. I have never posted on one of her sites nor have I ever communicated with her. Nor am I trying to be biased towards her. It is just my opinion that "Bob" that posted all those messages was not posting in an innocent and non-condesending manner as he makes it sound here. I think based on the following definition of Harass. I think that his posts would fit that definition, see 1b.

ha*rass (verb transitive)

[French harasser, from Middle French, from harer to set a dog on, from Old French hare, interjection used to incite dogs, of Germanic origin; akin to Old High German hier here -- more at HERE]

First appeared 1617

1 a : EXHAUST, FATIGUE

b : to annoy persistently

2 : to worry and impede by repeated raids <~ed the enemy>

synonym see WORRY

-- ha*rass*er (noun)

-- ha*rass*ment (noun)

<edit.....wow I can see that I am going to get major disageement here based on the posts that were made while I was typing this message. Also note, I am by no means saying that all of Jenna's responses to Bob were acceptable. I do not think they were, but he did go to the message board where she was at, she did not seek him out. I think as it progressed they just egged each other on.>
