Did you suddenly become a jenna fan and want to talk stocks with her? Or were you looking for a reaction? I know very well that the best way to be aggressive on message boards falls well within the TOUs. No doubt that there was no violation in your posts, but are you claiming that you were there other than to harass her?

I think that her using Ihub to tout Market Gems is wrong. I have never posted on one of her sites nor have I ever communicated with her. Nor am I trying to be biased towards her. It is just my opinion that "Bob" that posted all those messages was not posting in an innocent and non-condesending manner as he makes it sound here.
