Neeny, With all due respect, why is it a requirement in your mind that one must have noble intent to post on a public bulletin board? Anyone sticking their head up on a bulletin board and takes a stance becomes fair game, including yours truly. Of course I would hope that everyone would remain civil and have the best of intentions when posting on the boards, but that is not reality and board screeners should not try and become psychics by guessing who may be harassing someone..... Let them stick to the guidelines and the rest will fall into place.
